We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. With a minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales or business development experience, you will be responsible for driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. You will take ownership of all aspects of the business development cycle. This includes generating leads, pitching our products or services to potential clients, and maintaining effective communication throughout the process. Your ability to build strong relationships with prospective clients will be crucial in achieving our sales targets.
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
Identifying and reaching out to potential clients and generating leads through various channels such as online research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
2. Client Relationship Management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including pitching services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
4. Market Research and Analysis
Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competition in the digital marketing industry. Analyzing data to make informed business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
5. Monitoring and Reporting
Tracking and analyzing sales metrics, business development activities, and client feedback. Providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
6. SEO Optimization
Assisting in conducting keyword research, optimizing website content for search engines, monitoring search rankings, and implementing on-page SEO techniques.
7. Email Marketing
Assisting in creating and managing email campaigns, crafting engaging email content, monitoring email performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR.
8. Staying Updated
Keeping up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to contribute fresh ideas and approaches.
• Education and Experience
– A diploma/bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
– Relevant work experience in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus, ranging from 2 to 3 years of experience.
– Fresh Graduates with entry-level experience are welcome to apply too.
• Technical skills:
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms is valuable. This may include experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is generally expected.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are valuable for assessing market data, identifying business challenges, and developing appropriate solutions. This includes analyzing sales metrics, market research, and financial data to make informed business decisions.
