We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role. As a member of our team, you will assume responsibility for technical designs and code development. You will also be involved in utilizing and/or creating automation tools to facilitate the management and deployment of Java code. In addition, your role as a Full Stack Developer will involve conducting code reviews and offering valuable recommendations for enhancements and fixes to our client’s website in a prompt manner.
Job Scope
1. Website Management and Maintenance
Responsible for managing and maintaining client websites, encompassing full-stack web application development. This includes handling front-end and back-end development tasks. Additionally, proficient in debugging and troubleshooting any issues or bugs that may arise in existing websites.
2. Web Application Development
Create server-side applications and APIs utilizing programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, as well as additional options such as Python or Node.js. Perform code reviews and enhance code quality based on constructive feedback.
3. Website Implementation
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to collect requirements and grasp project objectives. Guarantee the responsiveness, performance, and scalability of websites.
4. Collaboration with the Design Team
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces with Figma or XD.
5. Staying Updated
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in order to propose inventive solutions. This includes exploring areas such as AI programming, novel payment gateways, cutting-edge website builders, and more.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing client requirements and translating them into technical specifications
You will closely collaborate with clients to gather their specific needs and objectives for the web application. Through careful analysis and understanding, you will translate these requirements into comprehensive technical specifications, ensuring alignment between client expectations and the development process.
2. Developing and maintaining high-end scalable web applications according to best practice standards
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications. This includes creating intuitive user interfaces, implementing robust back-end functionalities, and ensuring scalability and performance. You will follow industry best practices and coding standards to deliver high-quality and maintainable code.
3. Performing coding, implementation, integration, documentation, and conducting user acceptance testing
You will be actively involved in coding and implementing the features and functionalities of the web applications. This includes integrating various components, modules, and APIs to create a seamless user experience. Comprehensive documentation of the development process, including code comments and user manuals, will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that the application meets client requirements and expectations.
4. Developing complete applications with integration to back-end databases/systems
Your role as a Full Stack Developer includes designing and developing complete applications that encompass both front-end and back-end components. This involves creating dynamic and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, as well as implementing database systems and integrating them with the application. You will ensure smooth data flow and seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components.
5. Maintaining, supporting, and ensuring necessary changes are implemented and documented
Even after the initial development phase, you will provide ongoing support and maintenance for the web applications. This includes addressing any issues or bugs that arise, performing necessary updates and enhancements, and ensuring proper documentation of changes made. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and ensure that the applications remain reliable, secure, and up-to-date.
Requirements
• Education and Experience
– At least 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in related roles.
– Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
– Proficiency in English language, both in written and verbal communication.
Technical skills
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. On the back-end side, proficiency in a server-side programming language such as Java, Python, or Node.js is often required. Knowledge of databases, such as SQL or NoSQL, is also beneficial.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
Full Stack Developers should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues. This includes identifying and fixing bugs, optimizing application performance, and addressing compatibility issues across different platforms and browsers/apps.
