Baskin Robbins is a global chain of ice cream and cake specialty shops. The company is known for its “31 flavours” slogan, with the idea that a customer could have a different flavour every day of the month. Today, Baskin Robbins offers more than 1,000 flavours and a wide variety of ice cream cakes, frozen beverages, and other treats. Baskin-Robbins is considered a pioneer in the ice cream industry and is one of the most recognisable ice cream brands today

OUR MISSION

The client wanted to refresh Baskin Robbins’ Instagram page to better match its brand identity of being fun, playful and colourful. They also wanted to connect with their target audience, while promoting the brand’s ‘Flavour of the Month’ and other special deals. On top of that, they want to be seen as a leader in the industry by providing fun and unique treats for families and Gen-Z.

OUR STRATEGY

Partnering with fellow agency, In2, our teams created a series of eye-catching, colorful graphics and videos featuring their new flavors, deals and special offers, that aligned with the brand’s visual identity while still being informative for and appealing to the target audience. What’s more, our teams also ensured a consistent posting schedule that took into account the best times to post in order to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

OUR RESULTS

The social media refresh was successful as the graphics and animations designed by our team made the page more cohesive and appealing to the target audience. The in-store promotion also saw a high rate of success with customers taking advantage of the “Double Value Deal” and “Pink Day”. Overall, the refresh resulted in increased brand awareness and strengthened the brand’s presence in the ice cream industry.
